Android users often don't need to put too much thought into their choice of a web browser. Their phones often ship with a web browser or two already preinstalled. That being said, web browsing can still be a different experience with different web browsers. Samsung phones often ship with both Google Chrome and Samsung Internet Browser so let's see if there is any chance you might pick the latter...

Samsung Internet Browser is often preinstalled on Samsung Android phones. The default homepage is usually Google. Most of its buttons are located at the bottom except for the bookmark button, the address bar, and the refresh button. It's actually quite helpful when using the phone with one hand as you can access the buttons more easily.

Samsung Internet Browser keeps the back and forward buttons at the bottom tray available at all times to navigate through websites you already visited. Tabs are opened easily and they appear in squares. Secret Mode is to be used if you want to browse the Internet without leaving a trace in your browsing data. Night mode is there as well and it looks really cool. That is definitely an option many browsers seem to miss.

It also provides a number of different ad blockers to download and a QR scanner. Scrolling down a long website using your fingers can be tiring and that is why Samsung Internet Browser has a scrolling button you can use to navigate through websites quickly. Other common features are all there as well: searching for text, viewing Desktop versions of sites, and managing text size.

Samsung Internet Browser is more than a default browser which just occupies memory and sits unused like Internet Explorer on PC. It's a full-feature browser with unique features other browsers lack. Still, browsers like Google Chrome offer cross-device synchronization which can hardly be achieved in this browser.
